Blue Lite Photography understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the rescheduling or cancellation of a photography session. Clients are required to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel their session.

Shoot reservations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the session date or 2 weeks for an event or wedding. However, if the client reschedules for a second time, re-booking is required. In the event of weather cancellations, the photographer will make the final decision on whether the session needs to be rescheduled. If rescheduled, clients will receive an email with a list of date options to reschedule.

Retainers are non-refundable.  If the client cancels their session, those funds may be used as credit for a future session or event.

In the unlikely event that Blue Lite Photography needs to cancel a session, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a convenient time for the client. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be refunded in full.

It is important to note that any rescheduling of the session is subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book their session as soon as possible to ensure availability. Additionally, reservations cancelled by the client must be rescheduled within 6 months of cancelling the appointment. Failure to set an agreed date will result in forfeiting the booking fee.
